At this time, I do not bill insurance for therapy services. This allows us to work together without requiring a mental health diagnosis for treatment.

If you would like, I am able to provide you with a Superbill, which is a summary of services provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This would require me to provide a diagnosis for your insurer to possibly cover the services. If you are interested, please indicate this before your first appointment. You are responsible for checking with your insurance benefits for out of network coverage.

I am required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate as you begin services with me, which is a summary of the possible cost of therapy services when not billing insurance.
